My back hurts! I don't know what I've been doing wrong. I was just pushing the chair to the table after dinner and then this pain shot through my spine! For a second, it felt as if I couldn't breathe and then I couldn't really move my arms up. It just hurt. After a hot shower and a portion of salve for the pain it's a bit better.
